Enroll in One-Day Delivery
One-Day Delivery is a premium shipping option on Amazon, offering fast delivery to customers who meet specific eligibility criteria. Here’s how you can enroll and set up One-Day Delivery:
Requirements for One-Day Delivery eligibility
To qualify for One-Day Delivery, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be registered to sell on Amazon for at least 90 days
- Have an on-time delivery rate of at least 95% for One-Day Delivery orders
- Have an on-time shipment rate of at least 99% for One-Day Delivery orders
- Meet specific performance metrics on a trailing 30-day basis:
- On-time delivery score of at least 92% for Premium Shipping orders
- Valid tracking rate using UPS, USPS, FedEx, or OnTrac for at least 94% of Premium Shipping orders
- Cancellation rate of less than 1.5% for Premium Shipping orders

Set up One-Day Delivery
If you are eligible for One-Day Delivery, follow these steps to set it up:
- From the Settings drop-down menu, select Shipping settings.
- Click the “Edit template” button next to the shipping template you want to enroll in One-Day Delivery.
- For a non-Prime template, check the One-Day Delivery checkbox and add your One-Day Delivery regions by clicking “Add new shipping rule”.
- For a Prime template, click “Edit Prime regions”, navigate to the One-Day Delivery tab, and select your One-Day Delivery regions.
- Enter your shipping rates in the One-Day Delivery section and click “Confirm”.
Why are you not eligible for One-Day Delivery?
If you are not eligible for One-Day Delivery, it could be due to one or more of your performance metrics falling below the required threshold. The One-Day Delivery option will be deactivated for your offers for 30 days.
To understand why you are not eligible, generate detailed performance reports from the Customer metrics page.
If you improve your performance metrics within 30 days, the One-Day Delivery option will be reactivated, and your eligibility status will change to “Eligible”. However, you must continue to meet the performance requirements to maintain One-Day Delivery eligibility.
Note: Only metrics for seller-fulfilled orders appear on the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool, which is used to calculate eligibility for Two-Day Shipping. Metrics may differ from Account Health, which combines seller-fulfilled and Amazon-fulfilled metrics. Performance metrics are updated once daily, and recent orders may not appear on the page for up to 24 hours.
