Restore One-Day Delivery Eligibility
If your eligibility to offer One-Day Delivery has been revoked and you wish to restore it, you will need to follow a specific process:
Plan of Action Submission
To restore your eligibility, you must submit a detailed plan of action that includes:
- A root cause analysis of the performance issues that led to the revocation
- A description of how you will address these issues within a defined time period
You can send your plan of action by responding to the Performance Notification in your Account Health dashboard. Our team will review your plan, and if approved, we will restore your eligibility to offer Premium Shipping options.
Continuous Monitoring
If your eligibility for One-Day Delivery has been revoked and you continue to fail to meet the requirements for One-Day Delivery over the trailing 90 days, further actions may be taken:
- Removal from Premium Shipping options
- Status change to "Restricted" in the Premium shipping eligibility tool
You can generate detailed performance reports from the Customer metrics page to monitor your performance metrics.
Submit a Plan of Action
For more information about the plan of action process and to submit your plan for Premium Shipping options, visit the Submit a plan of action for Premium Shipping options page.
By following these steps and providing a comprehensive plan of action, you can work towards restoring your eligibility to offer One-Day Delivery and other Premium Shipping options on Amazon.
